We are currently closed due to Covid19 restrictions.
Café Ceàrdach opened on 26th August 2019.
Ceàrdach means ‘Smithy’, named after the historical blacksmiths building adjacent.
We aim to provide great quality healthy local food, snacks, brunches, lunches, evening meals & drinks.
A range of local arts, crafts and eco friendly retail items are also on sale.
We also are the local Visitor information centre in partner with Visit Scotland, Our friendly staff are happy to provide local knowledge and information to visitors.
As we are a brand new business and team we have been thrown in at the deep end with Covid, so please bear with us while we get into the swing of things and do our best to offer you a quality visitor experience & great food!
Local and Traditional Food
We use quality ingredients sourced as locally as possible, We are currently offering light lunches, home baking, filled rolls, soup. sandwiches, breakfasts, filled rolls, hot meals and themed specials and we also serve a range of speciality teas and Coffees. Our menus will vary with the seasons and change everyday.

Café Ceàrdach has community at it’s heart, We care about our customers and environment. We are doing our best to offer vegetarian, vegan and dietary requirement options. You can refill water bottles for free, store bicycles safely while you eat, children and dogs are welcome. Whether you arrive in your Sunday best, wet biker gear or work-boots we are happy to serve you.
