Welcome to our New Community Café & Deli.
Café Ceàrdach opened to the public on 26th August 2019. It’s official Opening was Tuesday 3rd September.
Ceàrdach means ‘Smithy’, named after the historical blacksmiths building that our community site is known for.
Our brand new café & Deli facility aims to provide great quality healthy local food & drinks.
A range of local arts, crafts and eco friendly retail items are also on sale. As well as all this we are the local Visitor information partner with Visit Scotland, We are happy to provide local knowledge and information to visitors to this area of outstanding natural beauty.
As we are a brand new business and team, please bear with us while we get into the swing of things and do our best to offer you a quality visitor experience & great food!
Our new Cafe will be Open all year around. Opening Times are going to be flexible initially. These are currently;
Monday – 10am to 3pm
Tuesday – 10am to 3pm
Wednesday – 10am to 3pm
Thursday – 10am to 3pm
Friday – 10am to 3pm
Saturday – 12am to 3pm
Sunday – 12am to 3pm
Local and Traditional Food
We use quality ingredients sourced as locally as possible, We are currently offering light lunches, home baking, filled rolls, soup. sandwiches and we also serve a range of speciality teas and Coffees. Our menus will vary with the seasons and change everyday.
A Green Inclusive Ethos
Café Ceàrdach has community at it’s heart, We care about our customers and environment. We are working at offering vegetarian, vegan and dietary requirement options. These will expand in the coming weeks. You can refill water bottles for free, store bicycles safely while you eat, children and dogs are welcome. Whether you arrive in your Sunday best, wet biker gear or workboots we are happy to serve you.
